Fall Home fashions

Now that fall is officially here, we can talk without guilt of the only good thing about the passing of summer....fall fashions. Fall has always been a favorite season for fashion because it brings with it warm comfort. We can look forward to beautiful changing leaves, warm apple cider, snuggling with the hubby on chilly nights, and of course a whole new wardrobe.
fall fashions can also be carried over into the home, why not take your favorite details from the fashion world and spruce up your abode? With one or two little details you can make a major impact. This fall there are many trends to choose from, so why not?
A few of my favorite trends this season are

1. Metallics
Soft colored metallics are popping up everywhere from wallpaper to furniture. This is one trend where a little goes a long way so try out some throw cushions, or maybe some beautiful serving ware for your next dinner party.

2. Red
Always in style, this fiery hue gets a new life for fall, in shades ranging from rubies to oranges, red is popping up all over the place.



3. Wood
Nothing says cooler weather quite like the look of bare wood, in its natural form it evoked images of a roaring fire or snow covered forest, and many designers are using it in everything from wine racks to magazine stands to end tables



























4. Decoupage
The grade school classic with a twist, no more schoolbooks covered in Leonardo DiCaprio's face, now we have beautiful serving ware and wall pieces with a home made feel
