On the 6th of January I gave birth to our beautiful little son Flynn. He weighed 9lb 12 ounces (a very healthy and big baby boy). I gave birth to him naturally; without any pain medication and it was a long and difficult labor, but Orlando was with me the whole time supporting and guiding me through it. I could not have done it without him.

We are so happy and are enjoying our time together as a family. He is our little ray of sunshine.

Thank you everyone for your beautiful well wishes and your lovely thoughts and comments. I haven’t had a lot of time to read many comments or to respond, but please know I will when I do get a chance.

Congratulations to Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban

LOS ANGELES — Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman and her country star husband, Keith Urban, announced on Monday they were parents of a new baby daughter born with a surrogate.

"Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret," the couple said in a statement.

"No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier."

The statement said Faith Margaret Kidman Urban was born on December 28 in Nashville and is the couple's biological daughter. A gestational carrier, or surrogate, is a woman who carries the baby to term for the biological parents.

Kidman, 43, a top Hollywood star whose movies include "The Hours" and the currently playing "Rabbit Hole," and Urban, 43, were married in 2006 and have another daughter together, Sunday Rose, born in 2008.

Miranda Kerr and hubby Orlando Bloom welcomed a baby boy on Thursday in Los Angeles, according to multiple media reports.

The child is the first for the couple, who said "I do" in July after getting engaged in June. News that she was pregnant emerged shortly after the wedding, with a source telling Us Magazine at the time, "She poses in lingerie. It will be obvious soon enough."

The Victoria's Secret model and "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor have been together for more than three years.

The baby weighed almost 10 pounds, according to a Radar Online source. X17 was first with the news, after a photographer overheard Bloom talking about "my son."

Congrats To Heidi and Seal

Heidi Klum gave birth to a girl, Lou Sulola Samuel, on Oct. 9 in Los Angeles, her rep confirms. She joins siblings Johan, 2 ½, Henry, 4, and Leni, 5.

The supermodel's husband, Seal, released the following statement Monday night:

"It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children," Seal writes. "Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?"

"On Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at 7:46 p.m., the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter," he continues. "Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes, it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years."

Congratualtions Duggars

Mackynzie Renée Duggar is in for an avalanche of family attention: She's not only the first grandchild in the reality TV clan, but she already has 17 aunts and uncles, plus one more on the way, since her grandparents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are expecting their 19th child in the spring.

Mackynzie was born at the home of her parents, Joshua and Anna, with a midwife and doula attending the birth. "Josh was excited to participate in the birth as well," says a family friend. "They are both so happy."

Nicole Ritchie at A Pea In The Pod

Recently Nicole Ritchie introduced a line of maternity clothing carried by maternity super store A Pea In The Pod. The line features a few bohemian chic pieces similar to the starlets signature look, but i was really disappointed in the majority of the collection. It just seems boring to me, and the same type of outfits that I could get at Target or Thyme for a whole lot less. I love Nicole Ritchies style, and I love how every piece she wears looks like one of a kind. I wish she had incorporated a bit more of that originality into what she is trying to sell us.

As for value, I really don't see any here. The pieces seem very overpriced for what they are. Dont make any mistakes, I love brand names, and ive been known to spend way more than I should on a great pair of jeans or shoes. I just dont think a tag with Nicole Ritchies name on it makes a pair of maternity leggings worth $58.00.

RIP Patrick swayze

Patrick Swayze died today after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.

Swayze was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in January 2008.

He was the star of such movies as "Ghost," "Dirty Dancing," and "Road House." Swayze was named People's Sexiest Man Alive in 1991.
